What band, Simple Minds and U2?
Which of these two is the best band of 1980. Let's be realistic. Material aspirated after U2 The Joshua Tree. But these two groups were legendary groups of the 80s. Who do you prefer? I like both, so I can not choose a fav. But if forced, I Simple Minds would say. I think "Sanctify Somewhere in Summertime" and "you" are two of the greatest songs ever, if I give the green light for Simple Minds. It is regrettable there was no visibility.
I love Simple Minds is my favorite record the brightness of the rain, but the tree before Joshua, U2 won the award for me!
